Our legal basis
Under UK data protection law we rely on:
- Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries and run our business in ways you would reasonably expect.

Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run our business. They only process your information on our instructions and must keep it secure:

- our accountant, bank and payment providers, where needed for invoicing and accounts
We may also share information if the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our providers, such as Google, may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK’s adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement to keep your information protected.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to work: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for as long as you’re a client, then up to 6 years to meet tax and legal requirements.
